A Few Important Details
Guest Capacity: Up to 115 guests in the barn
Events Over 115 Guests: Tent required
Ceremony & Reception Setup: Magnolia’s sets up the tables and chairs for both your ceremony and reception
Music: Music must be kept at a quieter volume beginning at 10:00 PM
Wedding Conclusion: All weddings must conclude by 11:00 PM
Day-Before Access: Included for setup
Day-After Access: Included for cleanup
Tables & Chairs: Round tables and chairs included
Farmhouse Tables: $100 per table
Food: Couples may bring in premade food and select their own food vendors
Alcohol: Alcohol must be served by a properly licensed bartender
Restrooms: Couples are responsible for arranging required portable restrooms
Event Insurance: Required for each wedding
Candles: Battery-operated candles only; no open-flame candles
